The Lac qui Parle County Highway Department applies dust control on county, township, and community gravel roads across the County.
Type of Dust Control: Calcium Chloride
Residents living on county and township gravel roads or Local Units of Government with gravel roads, within Lac qui Parle County, who wish to have the dust control, must submit the application (located in Related Documents section below) to the County Highway Engineer.
Spring 2025 Application Due Date: April 18, 2025
Cost: $1.18 per running foot (county roads), $0.59 per running food (township roads).
Application of the dust control is anticipated to be mid-May to early June of 2025.
